Mata Vaishno Devi

The shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi is one of the most important pilgrimages of the Hindus. This sacred shrine is located at a height of 5, 300 feet above the sea level. The site is located inside a cave in the Trikuta Mountains in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, 62 kilometers from Jammu and 14 kilometers from Katra.

Raghunath temple

Raghunath temple is situated in the center of srinagar city and surrounded by a group of other temples, this temple dedicated to Lord Rama is outstanding and unique in Northern India. The inner walls of the main temple are covered with gold sheet on three sides. There are many galleries with lakes of 'Saligrams'. The surrounding Temples are dedicated to various Gods and Goddesses connected with the epic Ramayana.

Ranbireshwar Temple

This temple is on the Shalimar Road near the New Secretariat, and it is built by Maharaja Ranbir Singh in1883 AD, Ranbireshwar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It has one central 'Lingam' measuring seven and a half feet height (7.5 ft.) and twelve Shiva 'Lingams' of crystal measuring from 15 cms. To 38 cms

Idgah

Ziarat Baba Buddan Shah is located in the out skrits of Jammu city at a distance of about 8 kms. It is popular and is being visited by all sections of society .This Dargah is situated at a little distance from the Maharaja's palace on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. The place is known because of the residence of five peers, who lived here and dedicated themselves to the meditation.

Peer Khoh

A cave shrine located on the circular road , 3.5 kms from the heart of the town. There is a Shiva Lingam formed naturally in the cave; neither its antiquity nor its cause is known. And legend has it that the cave leads underground to many other cave shrines and even out of the country.

Shahdra-sharief

The shrine of Shahdra- Sharief in Rajouri district, 177 kms from Jammu, is one of the most popular Muslim shrines of Jammu region, visited by thousand of devotees every day.Built in the 19th century on a beautiful hillock in Thanna Mandi area, 29 kms from Rajouri town, it is well connected with Rajouri town by a 30 kilometre-long metalled road.

Peer Baba

On the back side of the Civil Airport is famous Dargah of the Muslim saint, Peer Budhan Ali Shah. On Thursdays, Hindu and Sikh devotees vastly outnumber their Muslim brethren at the shrine.
